PILATES: This is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury. It was developed in the 1920s by Joseph H. Pilates, who was a physical trainer and founder of The New York Pilates Studio®. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. Pilates utilizes specifically designed exercise apparatus and is supervised by highly trained teachers. It was initially created for rehabilitation, but was later adopted by dancers and athletes and is now utilized by millions. A beginner class generally consists of very gentle exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back.

F.I.R.M. EXECUTIVE TM: (Coaching Essentials for the Busy Executive).  Your body is the most important investment of your life and fortunately it is something that you have control over.  It is a well known fact  that physical fitness is directly related to mental keenness and career success. This program will allow you to sharpen your skills, calm your mind, giving you a focused edge, while firming your body. If you don't invest in yourself, the rest of your life portfolio will suffer.

 For those of you that want to be bold and beautiful, and want to tone and shape your entire body. Method Motivation has the method to get you looking your best. Be prepared to be asked where you train at. NO WIMPS PLEASE!!

THE REJUVENATER
TM:  This is a Weight Training and general all around Mind and Body Fitness Program, aimed at giving you the energy you need to get-up and-go. Get that energy drink feeling with no energy drink side effects (that dreaded crash and burn).  2 weeks in this program and you'll start looking and feeling better than you have in years.

FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH:  (Our Ultimate Anti-Ageing Method). There is intriguing evidence that resistance training may have powerful effects at the cellular level and appears to partially reverse the changes normally associated with ageing. Regular strength training may be a fountain of youth for skeletal muscles at the cellular level. This program combines healthy eating and exercise to help rejuvenate muscles and restore a more youthful look.

FITNESS NUT ON THE GO TM:  Enhance overall performance and get great results with these 30-minute sessions, 3 times a week with Power Plate equipment. Power Plate sessions are a great alternative for people who enjoy an active lifestyle but do not have time for a lengthy workout.

OPERATION RUN: Do you have a Marathon, 10k, Iron Man or any kind of race coming up? This runners specific training will focus on training major muscle groups,and  running technique  to help prevent injury. It includes nutritional guidance for runners and core training exercises.

BONE UP TM:
 (60 minute program 3 times a week). Strength training stimulates your bones in a way that prevents them from thinning and loosing minerals. A sturdier frame reduces the odds of Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. It also lessens your chances of falling and makes it easier to perform daily living activities, like carrying groceries.

METHOD MOTIVATION FOR KIDS:  (Ages 7-13). This program teaches kids how to be healthy and serves as a lifelong formula to maximize performance and help to maintain a high quality of life well into their adult years. Let Method Motivation teach your kids how to be fit while having fun doing it!

THE ACE:  The beauty of this program designed for golfers is that it evens out your body, keeps your muscles loose and prevents low back pain. This program will improve the follow-through on your golf swing, increase your stamina, while improving the quality of your life.

MINDFUL CONNECTIONS TM:  This class focuses on entering the present moment with intention and attention. These 30 minutes of meditation teach you how to stop and slow down inwardly, by becoming aware of your breath by sensing the condition of the quality of the body and the mind. This time allows you to focus your attention towards the situation before you, and decide what is important now. This technique gives you the tools to stop and consider all your choices.

HEALTHY MAMA TM: A 2008 review of studies on mind body intervention and pregnancy found that they resulted in higher birth rate, shorter labors, fewer instrument assisted births and a reduction in the mother's perceived stress and anxiety. This is a 60-minute class 5 days a week combining resistance training, cardiovascular training, guided imagery stretching and meditation to help you before you give birth and get you back in shape after the pregnancy.

LEAN AND GREEN TM: This program was created exclusively by Nikki combining her  fitness savvy and nutritionally sound methods together for people who truly are committed to achieving OPTIMAL health and fitness results. Optimal living is the foundation for highly effective functioning of the cells and organisms
of the body, with an integrated approach to wellness.

OXYGEN:  This is an energising high intensity 60 minute circuit training class. Come prepared to sweat!

FUNCTIONALLY FIT
TM:   Do you find it difficult getting up from the couch?  Picking up your kids? Lifting heavy boxes? Then join Method Motivation's most popular class. Functional training mainly entails weight-bearing exercises that strengthen the core muscles of the lower back and abdomen. These exercises train muscles and movement, so that an individual’s activities of daily living are easier to perform.

GUMBEE:  This 60 minute stretching class will relieve pain, increase range of motion, promote flexibility and accelerates recovery.  When its over you will feel like Gumbee.

DUETS:  Work out with a friend for added motivation and inspiration. If you like to work-out with a partner we will find someone with a common goal for you.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR YOUNG ATHLETES: (ages 12 -18) This program is designed for young athletes who want to excel and be prepared for high school and college tryouts. Sport specific programs helps to prevent injury and maintain a competitive advantage.
